Jean-Alix Peralte, P.E., PTOE and John A. Clark, P.E. launched Peralte-Clark, LLC in February 2017 with the mission of providing to our clients and partners unparalleled quality civil engineering services.

Our mission is to provide these services through full partnership in project execution, from pursuit to delivery. This mission reflects our commitment to taking ownership of projects and tasks assigned from beginning to end, and reflects our ability and desire to be partners from business development through contract final contract deliverables.

We have combined over 50 years of experience working with teaming partners to pursue and deliver small to large infrastructure projects primarily in Illinois. Our firm specializes in the management, planning, design and implementation of public and private infrastructure projects, including highways and roadways, bridges, transit systems, storm sewer systems, and other facilities. Key areas of expertise include Phase I (preliminary) and Phase II (final) engineering, traffic and safety studies, maintenance of traffic, traffic signal design, geometric design, drainage and hydraulic studies and public involvement.

We are IDOT prequalified in fourteen categories with a design capacity of $9.6M.
