PolygonProp

Polygonprop is an independent and secure advertising website focused specifically on the retail leasing industry (Tenant, Broker, Landlord, Managing Agent). There are two sides to the platform: Those looking for sites (Tenants) and those looking to lease sites (Landlords, Managing Agents, Brokers). Tenants use the platform as a search engine and the Landlords will use it as an advertising platform.
In collaboration with Google Maps, the system creates a dashboard where you can upload and save all your search areas (polygons) and vacant sites. Once an available shop space matches your search criteria, you will receive an email notifying you of the available space containing the shop details and Landlords’ details. Thus, allowing retailers to select only the areas that they are truly interested in and making their searches much more efficient.
