Established in 2005 by Director Wayne Larden, Pont3 Pty Ltd is an industry-leading Events Management Company in Australia. Pont3 is the rights holder and organiser of the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS - one of seven Abbott World Major Marathons around the world - and owner of the Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k and 5k. Pont3 also works on a number of small and large scale third party events including Oz Day 10K, Sydney Lunar Year Dragon Boat Festival, Wellness Walk, Bondi to Manly Ultra, the 2023 Bathurst World Cross Country Championships and the 2023 Sydney World Pride March.
In 2013, the TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS was the first Australian marathon to be broadcast live in 23 years. The popularity of the Marathon has attracted both international and local elite athletes and as a result the TCS Sydney Marathon has achieved Abbott World Marathon Major status and a World Athletics Platnium Label rating.
