The Primitive OT is aoccupational therapy service supporting children, adults, and older adults across Sydney and Greater NSW.
We deliver therapy across homes, schools, communities, and clinic settings, with a strong focus on helping clients build the foundations required for meaningful participation in daily life.
Our approach integrates Primitive Reflex Integration alongside occupational therapy principles to support regulation, movement, coordination, and functional independence. We work from the belief that many functional challenges are rooted in underlying neurological and developmental patterns that need to be addressed, not just managed.
We collaborate closely with families, schools, support coordinators, and allied health teams to provide therapy that is practical and aligned with real world environments.
