About Qatar Leadership Centre
مركز قطر للقيادات هو منصة وطنية للتميز في مجال القيادة تم تأسيسه في عام 2010 بمبادرة من حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير البلاد المفدى حفظه الله، بهدف تطوير المهارات والمواهب القيادية والإدارية رفيعة المستوى لدى المهنيين القطريين والقطريات الذين يشغلون مناصب تنفيذية في مؤسسات حكومية وكذلك في مؤسسات القطاعين العام والخاص.
يسعى مركز قطر للقيادات إلى أن يغدو صرحًا شامخًا للتميز يرنو إلى تطوير القدرات القيادية وبناء المعارف لدعم الركائز الأربع التي تقوم عليها رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، ألا وهي التنمية البشرية، والتنمية الاجتماعية، والتنمية الاقتصادية، والتنمية البيئية.
Qatar Leadership Centre is a national “management development” institute. Founded upon the directive of HH the Amir Sheikh, Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani in 2010.QLC seeks to develop leadership talent amongst Qatari professionals who work in executive positions in government institutions as well as public sector and private sector organizations.
Qatar Leadership Centre will continue to develop and empower the nation’s human capital to become stewards of the local market and evolve Qatar’s economy as outlined in National Development Strategy
