The Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO®) is a national non-profit trade association that unites cutting edge real estate broker-owners, real estate franchisors, mortgage lenders and brokers, title insurers and agents, homebuilders, home warranty companies, and other settlement service providers throughout North America. Our common goal: a business and regulatory environment that better enables all of our members to efficiently offer consumers the many benefits of one stop shopping for real estate services through affiliates, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

We help their businesses manage a confusing and changing regulatory environment under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Dodd-Frank and state laws, and enable them to develop and operate successful and legally-compliant businesses, joint ventures, and marketing agreements.
