Planning without knowing the real problems of city users is not possible without empathy. There are numerous urban development and mobility projects that do not respond to the needs of the people who use them and, as a consequence, do not achieve the expected impact.
The plans and projects must be well-communicated, clearly, showing the logical process for obtaining the results, supported by the objective analysis of figures and the study of the impacted people's perception. Plans and projects must be communicated in an appropriate language for the key stakeholders involved.
