About American Red Cross of Tennessee
The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. The American Red Cross of Tennessee serves all 95 counties in Tennessee as well as Fort Campbell in Kentucky, Crittenden County in Arkansas and Desoto and Tunica counties in Mississippi.
The American Red Cross provide compassionate care in five critical areas:
• Disaster relief (home fires being our most prevalent)
• Support for members of the military and their families
• Blood collection, processing and distribution
• Health and safety education and training
• International relief and development
