About RediCare Control
RediCare Control is a digital therapeutic and supporting clinical service designed to treat and prevent chronic conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Pre-Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Obesity and Overweight conditions.
In primary care settings, we work with multiple primary care networks across the UK. We are creating a new normal in how to scale the treatment of chronic diseases, leading to healthier patient populations and the associated demand reductions in general practice.
