Restaurant & Catering Australia (R&CA) is strategically focused on ensuring hospitality owners and operators remain profitable and sustainable. For the wider hospitality community, we aim to support the continuous improvement of industry standards and professionalism.

R&CA is the not-for-profit national association representing over 57,000 restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses across Australia. We actively pursue national issues and projects that matter to our members, while ensuring the hospitality industry is recognised for its excellence, professionalism, profitability, and sustainability in its broader social and economic contributions. This includes promoting and advocating the value of the dining experience to the public.
Our members include the owners and operators of restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses (full members), as well as representatives from industry supplier businesses (associate members).
