About Restaurant Vieux Bois
The gourmet restaurant Vieux Bois is part of the Hotel Management School of Geneva, where it is the initiation restaurant for students.
It is the ideal place for working lunches, shopping rendez-vous, business lunches or a relaxing meal with friends.
Very much favoured by gourmets for its menu which changes every 6 weeks, and especially for the meticulous service provided by the School’s students, whose motto “Excellence in the service of a profession” is confirmed every day!
A BUSINESS LUNCH IN A VERDANT AREA
Its ease of access is an additional asset, with proximity to the bus stop Appia, opposite the EHG. TPG buses can take you to Cointrin airport, Cornavin train station or Rue du Rhône and its shops in a few minutes.
Ideally located in the green Ariana Park, the Vieux-Bois Restaurant is next to the UN Palais des Nations, opposite the Museum of the Red Cross and in the heart of the diplomatic district of Geneva.
With its magnificent summer terrace, the restaurant Vieux-Bois welcomes high-end customers including delegations from international organisations, political, economic or artistic personalities.

Our Chefs use all their talent to create classical dishes, prepared with seasonal products, a bold twist, while our Pastry Chef delights your palate with fresh, sweet and delectable flavours from his famous dessert trolley.
