The Ringer Center services respond to the growing number of unemployed, underemployed, and underserved youth, adults, and communities. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the youth unemployment rate alone, at 8.7 percent in July 2023, could be broken down into young Asians (5.6 percent), Whites (7.0 percent), Blacks (18.0 percent), and Hispanics (10.5 percent). Our target populations include foster youth, DJJ youth, TANF recipients, SNAP recipients, vocational rehabilitation (VR) participants, the unhoused (homeless), college students, and high school students. Over the years, we have successfully served more than 80,000 individuals across multiple states, including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, New York, Montana, and Alabama.
Our vision is to see all individuals equipped with the tools needed for a sustainable lifestyle.
Our comprehensive approach addresses the needs of our clients through job readiness training, mentoring, career coaching, customer service certification, and job placement assistance. We recognize the pressing challenges faced by our target populations, such as limited access to educational resources, lack of skills, and barriers to employment. We want to bridge these gaps by providing effective solutions in Georgia and throughout the United States.
