We are averaging close to 11 calendar days from application to clear to close on conventional loans. Overhead and profit margins are low which results in some of the lowest rates and fees for our clients. RoBUS also specializes in non-QM(Qualified Mortgage) lending for self-employed borrowers who write off income on taxes along with other unique properties and income types.
