Traditional heavy-duty machine design, featuring
- Fully hydrostatic lubrication for Z-, X- and U-axis as well as grinding spindle

Previous generations roll grinders have the reputation to be more durable oppose to new grinders. Simply built more solid. Based on this we truly believe that revamping your old grinder, combined with our state-of-the-art grinder control, is a good alternative to a new roll grinder.
With over 250 references in revamping roll grinders and delivering over 400 CNC roll grinder controls, we are excited to bring our expertise together to provide the best service to our customers.
Grinder Controls
Based on the experience of equipping over 400 roll grinders with a CNC control, and our knowledge we were able to develop the new benchmark for roll grinder controls. The HMI is designed for multi-touch operation and uses familiar display and controls from modern consumer electronics and electromobility for intuitive navigation and operation. The flat hierarchy allows direct access to the function and is partially customizable for the single user. This contemporary working environment offers the operator confidence and the greatest possible comfort in operation. Use of SIEMENS shelf hardware and “PLC open” software blocks guarantees very long term and fast spare parts availability as well as good PLC troubleshooting comprehensibility.
