R.T. Fisher Educational Enterprises, Inc. is the nation’s premiere educational and public outreach consulting firm that designs and implements programs for K-16 students, from all backgrounds and of all ages for academic success.

RTF was founded in 1999 with the goal of developing innovative, culturally relevant and interdisciplinary curriculum and instructional protocols for students of all academic proficiencies.
RT Fisher Educational Enterprises (RTF) is a full service educational services firm with clients across the range of teaching environments for K-12 students including: Colleges and Universities, Foundations, Public, Charter and Private/Independent Schools, Education Focused Non-Profits, Unified School Districts and Federal, State and local government agencies.
In addition, RTF has assisted two non-profit organizations, Choose College Educational Foundation and African American Regional Educational Alliances, in their legal and financial organization and offers continuing assistance to them as they grow into fully independent non-profits.
