S&F Land Services (S&F) is a dedicated land surveying and remote sensing firm serving public and private clients across the Western United States. Our experienced team—led by licensed State and Federal Land Surveyors and a Certified Photogrammetrist—delivers high-quality, high-accuracy data to support infrastructure development, land use planning, and environmental stewardship.
Founded in 2016, we’ve grown into one of the largest survey-only firms in the West, combining the precision of traditional land surveying with the innovation of modern remote sensing—including LiDAR, UAS/UAV imagery, photogrammetry, and GIS-based solutions.
We work hand-in-hand with engineers, architects, planners, and public agencies to bring clarity to complex project sites—whether it’s a 3-acre utility corridor or a 3,000-acre renewable energy project.
