S&J Business Park

Situated adjacent to the Geldenhuys interchange where the M2 freeway and N3 Eastern Bypass meet, S&J Industrial Estate ("S&J") is the culmination of years invested into township infrastructure initiatives. As part of the greater Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality's Strategic Urban Development project, S&J was approved during June 2016. Redefine Properties and Abcon Group have joined resources to unlock the industrial zoned land parcel as a major logistics hub, linking all northern and southern bound cargo to major road networks along the N1 and N17 strip.
