S&T Cover Limited is an industry leading Project and Asset Management Company for signalling installation, maintenance and signal testing works as well as E&P installation and testing works throughout Southern England. We provide professional, competent, and reliable signalling and E&P project management staff, expanding our capabilities as we continue to deliver high quality services to the public and private sectors.
Our Project Management and support team ensure that every aspect of our railway projects are compliantly managed in line with EU Legislation and Network Rail standards. The projects that we deliver are focused towards achieving the best value-for-money, balancing costs with performance and technical innovation with safety being our prime directive and always at the forefront of everything we do.
S&T Cover offer professional turn-key solutions for railway signalling and E&P works, delivering complete Project Management services covering the planning, project design, resourcing, installation, maintenance and testing of S&T and E&P works. We are accredited by Lloyds Register for ISO9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and are a licensed Principal Contractor to Network Rail. We are also registered through Achilles RISQS and the IRSE licensing scheme.

As part of an alliance with our Signalling designers, S&T Cover can now offer a ‘One Stop Shop’ which delivers signalling and E&P projects through Management, Design, Installation and Testing & Commissioning.
