About S-Tron China (S创中国)
S-Tron China (S创中国) is a leading global tech innovation and startup-focused event brand dedicated to championing tech entrepreneurship. Every September, we bring together 13,000+ professionals from global and local startup ecosystems in a festival-style experience in Shanghai, blending cutting-edge technology, music, design, and immersive experiences to spark meaningful connections among founders, investors,government representatives and corporate leaders.
Our flagship event features top-tier speakers, startup booths, pitch competitions, and curated side events that offer a powerful gateway into China’s dynamic tech ecosystem.
S-Tron China traces its roots to Slush, the world-leading startup event founded in Finland in 2008 to support future world-changing founders. Slush grew from a 300-person gathering into a global movement that, before 2022, attracted 300,000 attendees, 30,000 investors, and 100,000 startups worldwide. Building on this legacy, Slush China hosted over 10 major international innovation conferences across Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Nanjing from 2015 onward, engaging 35,000+ participants, 4,000 startups, 500 speakers, and 3,000 volunteers. In October 2022, the China team evolved into the independent brand S-Tron (S创), with continued partnership and support from Slush.
Today, S-Tron is more than an event, it is a ecosystem-driven, volunteer-powered tech innovation cultural brand creating inspiring memories for the global startup ecosystem.
