In fact, our laboratories developed several key engine oil bench tests that are now industry requirements such as the Tapered Bearing Simulator (TBS) Viscometer for high temperature, high shear (HTHS) viscosity, Scanning Brookfield Technique/Gelation Index, and TEOST tests.
