SenseMaker Platform

SenseMaker® is a distributed ethnographic research tool that enables us to collect lived experiences, from real people, about what matters most to them. This narrative-based “distributed ethnography” approach is scaled through the digital SenseMaker® platform,, which allows 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨-𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤, providing decision-makers with faster and richer insights into their organisational culture. By uniquely combining narrative description and observation with a statistical conceptual framework, the tool enables the collection of dispositional or attitudinal data in context.
