About SEPEV - Sıfır Enerji ve Pasif Ev Derneği - Zero Energy and Passive House Association of Turkey - Türkische Passivhaus Assoziation - Турецкая Ассоциация Пассивного Дома The SEPEV is non-profit organization that promote, consult, educate, facilitate and foster strong understanding and demand for the passive houses as well as provides leadership for the adoption of the Passivhaus Standard and Methodology in Turkey. Actively building local and international alliances and partnerships between individuals and organizations who wish to radically improve the energy efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of new and existing buildings in the region, and support industry in developing building materials and components of the highest performance and quality, as required by Passivhaus Standards. The goal is to provide Turkish building professionals with high-quality training consultancy in Passive House design and construction. In addition put Members in touch with suppliers and manufacturers of Passive House products. Passivhaus is the the most rigorous and leading international low energy standard in the world that achieves 90% reductions in heating-cooling loads and is applicable in all building sectors. At the same time providing more comfortable, and being more durable than conventional buildings with excellent indoor air quality.
