About Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (Indonesia)

The Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber Indonesia (“APIAC Indonesia”) was established in Jakarta in February 2024, after being approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesian.
The APIAC Indonesia Board is a local arbitration institution in Indonesia managed and guided by the (Singapore) Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (“APIAC”). It aims to extend and propagate APIAC’s influence in Indonesia, with a commitment to resolving domestic commercial disputes in Indonesia efficiently and conveniently. Simultaneously, it targets the market for trade disputes arising from the “Belt and Road Initiative” and China-ASEAN cooperation, offering resolutions for disputes in the fields of commerce and trade, and providing high-quality and efficient international mediation and arbitration services for commercial entities in the Indonesian region.
The APIAC Indonesia Board is dedicated to promoting the development of APIAC in Indonesia, supporting and encouraging the use of international arbitration, mediation, and other ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) methods. It plays an active role in assisting and organizing the dispute resolution process, and promotes international arbitration and other dispute resolution methods through various means such as training and certification.
