We serve small businesses with financial clarity and counsel as disciples of Jesus Christ, the Good Shepherd.
Shepherd Financial Group provides accounting governance to owner-led businesses in Spokane, Eastern Washington, and Northern Idaho.
We are not a compliance-only bookkeeping firm. We build and maintain financial systems that produce clean, current, and well-documented books — the kind that CPAs can work from, lenders can trust, and buyers can evaluate.
Our clients are business owners generating between $250K and $5M in annual revenue who need more than a bookkeeper. They need a financial system that runs with discipline, closes on time every month, and reflects the actual condition of their business.
Our core services include weekly bookkeeping and accounting management in QuickBooks Online, payroll processing through Gusto and ADP, CPA-ready year-end packages, and proactive financial reporting. Every account is managed under a two-person review process. Fixed-rate pricing. No surprises.
We work closely with CPAs, commercial bankers, and business attorneys throughout the region. We do not prepare taxes. We make the tax preparer's job easier by delivering organized, reconciled books before they need them.
