About Sheridan Consult
Sheridan Consult provides expert consultancy to the NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities, and independent care providers. We specialise in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and capacity management across the health and social care sector.

What We Do
Court of Protection (COP) & DoLS
Strategic support in managing Deprivation of Liberty Orders, COP applications and renewals. We also act as Rule 1.2 representatives, and help services manage and resolve complex backlogs.
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)
Expert input into CHC care packages, from initial checklists to full applications and appeals. We help ICBs and Local Authorities reduce delays and meet statutory responsibilities.
Mental Capacity Assessments
Comprehensive Mental Capacity Act training and compliance support, including staff development and targeted backlog clearance programmes.
SAF Audits, Social Care Planning & Risk Management
Delivery of mock inspections, care plan reviews, risk assessment improvements, and tailored frontline training to raise CQC readiness and service standards.
Leadership Transition & Service User Engagement
Supporting new leaders into CQC-registered roles with coaching and compliance onboarding. We co-design improvements with service users and families to enhance care outcomes and accountability.
