Signpost for Carers

Signpost is a specialist carers support organisation operating in Stockport. We are an independent charity supporting unpaid carers from the age of six upwards.

Carers are people who support a family member or friend, who could not manage without this help due to physical or mental illness, disability, addiction, or a long term condition. Signpost is unique in Stockport in that we support any carer, regardless of the age or condition of the carer or the person that is being cared for.
