Overview

About Social Innovation Studio

Designing programs that work, in the real world. We research, innovate & communicate for grassroots impact.

Social Innovation Studio is a systems and behaviour design lab that helps mission-driven organisations bridge the gap between strategy and on-ground impact. We believe the difference between good intentions and lasting change lies in how we design, not for communities, but with them. Our work brings together behaviour science, systems thinking, and human-centred design to create programs that people actually adopt, use, and sustain.

What we do
• Program Insights — Decode why behaviour really happens.
• Program Innovation — Design tools and models that make adoption natural.
• Impact Communication — Make invisible change visible (and fundable).

Proven Results:
• 150+ households reached in 2 days through peer-led water conversations.
• 98% completion in women entrepreneurship programs using visual playbooks.
• 70% agroforestry adoption through participatory design.
• 52% immediate household action after reframing assessments as goal-setting.

We believe real change doesn’t come from massive transformations, it comes from tiny shifts people can actually own. We exist because too many good programs fail in implementation. We turn them into ones that stick, scale, and sustain.

Because when people co-own change, it doesn’t end with a project, it begins a movement.
