About SMCE
SMCE - Service Management Center of Excellence is a regional organization dedicated to the promotion of a culture of Service Excellence in public and private sectors. Since 2008, SMCE has aligned with leading local and international authorities in order to accelerate knowledge transfer and build local expertise in the areas of Technology and Management.
Headquartered in the UAE, and having established affiliate offices in Lebanon, Libya, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, our center is devoted to the development of the strategies, techniques, principles and practices of excellence that will enhance individual and organizational performance, and further the advancement and maturity of Technology and Management industry in the region.
Through adopting knowledge, innovation and capacity approaches our delivery team has achieved over 100+ man years of experience in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. Our network of subject matter experts has developed effective strategies to align local operations, management systems and governance structures. These specialization covered various domains such as Government, Military, Financial Services, ICT/Telecom, Oil & Gas and Energy domains among many others.
