About SME Chamber of India
SME Chamber of India is a leading membership-based organization dedicated to representing and supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across India for over 32 years. It empowers SMEs in sectors like manufacturing, services, agro-based industries, oil and gas, packaging, paper, plastics, printing, glass, infrastructure, healthcare, IT, ICT, sports, real estate, construction, textiles, metals and mining, retail, logistics, marketing, FMCG, finance, exports, imports, hospitality, and start-ups.
Its mission is to foster SME growth by providing access to local and global business opportunities, joint ventures, technology transfers, contract manufacturing, marketing, brand promotion, distributorship, franchising, finance, international collaborations, and advisory services.
The Chamber connects SMEs with large corporations, MNCs, and government agencies for supply chain integration, procurement, and access to government incentives. It organizes trade promotions, capacity-building programs, and knowledge platforms for business transformation and skill development.
Founded by Mr. Chandrakant Salunkhe, the Chamber has launched key platforms, including:
