"SOCAR Upstream Operations Management” (SUOM) is an affiliate company of SOCAR, established in November 2023 as a Limited Liability Company with headquarters in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Main objectives of SUOM are:
Act as a supporting party in the strategic management of SOCAR’s development & production operations, providing expertise in technical functions and operational support, including Health, Safety, and Environment, Reservoir Management, Well Delivery, Capital Projects’ Management, Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity, and Long-term Asset Development;
Strategically expand our operational footprint and sustainably grow by leveraging innovative technologies and industry expertise to enhance recovery of hydrocarbon resources, increase production efficiency and ensure operational excellence. This is all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety-driven culture, environmental stewardship, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders;
