Overview

About Social & Labor Convergence Program

The Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) is a multi-stakeholder initiative striving for decent working conditions in global supply chains.

Central to SLCP’s mission is the Converged Assessment Framework (CAF) - a universal social assessment tool that eliminates the need for proprietary social audits - allowing saved resources to be redirected into improvement programs for workers.

In addition, SLCP supports stakeholders in accessing credible and actionable social and labor data for Human Rights Due Diligence implementation and enables collaborative solutions to improve working conditions.

Since launching in 2019, over 17,000 facilities in more than 120 countries have started using the CAF. Over 100 prominent brands, manufacturer groups, and standard holders now publicly accept SLCP data, with the potential resources unlocked through reduced audits reaching an estimated $39 million USD in 2024.

SLCP is registered as an independent non-profit foundation (stichting) based in the Netherlands. For more information, visit our website: www.slconvergence.org
