SÒPHIA HIGH TECH, certified according to the Aerospace Quality Standard AS/EN9100, was born from the deep vocation for product development. SÒPHIA operates in the Aerospace & Defense field, extremely focused on the design, development and manufacturing of metal alloy parts using Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) and CNC Machining.
SÒPHIA Manufacturing Department uses the most forefront technological processes to produce advances Space components (i.e: Combustion Chambers, Thrusters, Nozzles and Fuel Tankers) made by INCONEL718, ensuring the process qualification acc. to the ECSS-Q-ST-70-80C (ESA-30July2021). SÒPHIA works also with stainless steel, copper alloys, aluminum and titanium alloys.
