Square 1 Media was founded in 2019 by four friends who’d each carved out successful careers in the mortgage and property sectors. With backgrounds spanning trade journalism, lending, PR, and industry bodies, they shared a belief that clients deserved more than generic comms - they needed real expertise, from people who knew the market inside out.
That’s how Square 1 began: a specialist agency built on genuine sector insight, shaped by more than 100 years’ combined experience.
