Square Peg Communications Inc. (SPCI) specializes in the development and manufacture of state of the art DSP-based mobile and fixed satellite communications products, including Inmarsat physical layer testers, satellite channel units, satellite hub station equipment and OEM subsystems.
Square Peg has earned a reputation for technical excellence, cost-effectiveness, and rapid delivery of mobile satellite systems and equipment to clients worldwide including satellite operators, base station manufacturers, terminal manufacturers, test houses, application developers and end users.
Square Peg's core capabilities include satellite communications systems design, DSP-based modems for mobile satellite channels, satellite link protocols and prototype equipment & studies. Development of software and hardware is performed in-house, to standards such as RTCA DO-178 for airborne software and DO-160 for environmental qualification.
