About SSA Academy
Founded in 1986, SSA Academy has been a cornerstone in consultancy and training services, dedicated to enhancing workforce capabilities and organizational effectiveness. Over the decades, we have evolved to offer a diverse range of training programs, including the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) courses, Soft Skills, Digital Skills, as well as emerging fields like Cleaning and Urban Farming.
As pioneers in the development of the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system under the former Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and now SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), we have consistently been at the forefront since its inception in 2005. Our role as a provider of the Critical Core Skills (CCS) framework under SSG further underscores our commitment to fostering a competent and agile workforce.
We are part of the SSA Group, a recognised and multi-awarded industry leader. Established in 1986, the SSA Group is an umbrella corporation that provides professional services in the areas of training, management consulting, and technology solutions.
