Our vision is captured in what we call ‘The 3 E’s’, which are ‘Empowered Individuals, Enhanced Services, Engaged Stakeholders’. We will empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they wish to live their lives, and then we will support them to achieve the lives they dream of.

We will enhance the quality of our services by adopting the social care and social role valorisation models, by continuously improving quality as assessed by external bodies, and by growing our capacity to increase the number of people who we can support. We will engage with all our stakeholders, firstly and most importantly the people we support, and also our staff, our families, our funders, our regulators and the local community.
