St. Clair O’Connor Community (SCOC) is a non-profit, intergenerational community in East York that brings people of all ages together to live, connect, and thrive. For over 40 years, we’ve been a place where older adults, families, and individuals find not only housing, but also friendship, support, and belonging.
We are committed to reimagining how communities can be built by integrating care, inclusivity, and innovation. From affordable housing and social programs to partnerships with local organizations, SCOC is dedicated to creating spaces that strengthen connections across generations.
