Used Cooking Oil, one of our main activity is the collection and processing of used cooking oil. Oil is used in the cooking or frying. During frying, oil undergoes degradation due to exposure to elevated temperatures – physicochemical, nutritional and sensory properties of the oil are affected or it is not bad to say that oil get transfer into toxic. When used for some time the oil turns rancid and might give a bad smell and taste to food.
