What You'll Do

Lead the formulation of technical strategies and architectural frameworks for STAEDEAN solutions. This involves a comprehensive analysis of functionality, careful consideration of advantages and disadvantages, and the determination of the optimal approach.
Produce high-quality solution design documentation to effectively communicate architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and alignment with Product Roadmap.
Identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate STAEDEAN solutions to new heights, emphasizing technical scalability and performance optimization.
Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial for STAEDEAN products success.
Drive innovation by spearheading proof-of-concept projects and providing strategic guidance to product development initiatives.
Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain the overall integrity and structure of the codebase.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

What You Need To Be Successful

10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, with deep expertise in D365; experience with data integration solutions is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Azure AI and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
Strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
A proactive, positive mindset with a “can-do” approach that fosters collaboration and effective problem-solving.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
