POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s marketing initiatives through social media management, content creation, and digital print production. This role requires a creative individual with an eye for design and strong attention to detail. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with team members to execute marketing campaigns, assist with event planning, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. This position offers variety day-to-day, ranging from digital tasks to hands-on event support, and is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things and working in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills and the ability to shift with the ebb and flow of workload demands are essential.

OBJECTIVES

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms by creating engaging content and maintaining consistent posting schedules.
Assist with designing digital and print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including logistics, vendor communication, and on-site setup.
Maintain effective communication with team members to support collaborative projects and contribute to a positive team environment.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by managing varying workload levels throughout the year.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all marketing materials, event documents, and internal communications.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve engagement and performance.
Learn new software, tools, and marketing processes quickly to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
Assist in tracking marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, and campaign performance to support reporting and improvements.
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content, and event enhancements to improve brand presence and audience engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of marketing experience preferred (internships or agency experience accepted).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand management.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$55,000 – $65,000 annual salary (based on experience and qualifications).
