We are an Oxford University startup (Oxford University Innovation Incubator, Phase II company. We build financial and legal strategy tools with game theory, AI, and machine learning. Our system finds the optimal investment and legal strategies for investors and asset managers considering the other parties' best strategies.

Our algorithms can accommodate legal structures and rational decision-making based on financial analysis, analysis of legal documentation, and negotiating leverage. The brains of the network are dynamic game theory algorithms and large language models.
