About Striker Academy
Founded in 2009, Striker Academy provides expert football coaching to children between the ages of 2 and 15. We are based in Warrington and also run our sessions in Chester. Our group sessions are split into three different age groups which include:
Tiny Strikers for 2–4-year-olds.
Mini Strikers for 4-6-year-olds.
The Academy for 7–12-year-olds.
The purpose of Striker Academy is to build the confidence of young footballers through technical training which encompasses a variety of different drills to allow children to develop their skills, fitness, and focus. What makes us unique is that we provide a constantly updated curriculum which teaches children how they can improve their game. This curriculum provides training on key areas within football such as: technical training, working on agility, defending, attacking, teamwork, knowledge of the game and of course shooting and so much more!
More than half of our players are already playing for junior clubs, and they come to us for extra support and professional football coaching. Head Coach Imtiaz and his team bring plenty of experience which is demonstrated through their coaching. Many parents are happy to recommend Striker Academy as they have noticed drastic positives changes in their child’s footballing abilities.
Striker Academy runs 7 group training sessions across the weekend which covers all age ranges. As well as this we hold 10 afterschool clubs for children to join. Outside of this we also hold holiday camps, holiday activities and one to one coaching in Warrington and Chester.
We are a family friendly academy committed to developing young footballers and providing expert training to the next generation of players. All our coaches are qualified and have undergone extensive training to ensure we provide every child with the best coaching experience in the region.
