The Student Veterans Organization at Syracuse University

Established on April 15, 1971, the Syracuse University Student Veterans Organization (SVO) is dedicated to fostering a supportive community for the current enrollment of over 1,300 military-connected students, veterans, and their families at Syracuse University. Our mission encompasses providing comprehensive resources, advocacy, and support to ensure their success during and after their academic journey. We prioritize creating a sense of belonging and camaraderie through diverse events and activities to facilitate a smooth transition to academic life and build lifelong connections within the university community.
