AL-Gad for Development and Relief Foundation

Our main goal is to encourage skilled and self-reliant refugees’ and displaced communities in Egypt by enabling them and the disadvantage communities to meet their basic needs and support their access to decent living conditions through adequate services and projects. Specific goals  Providing Emergency Relief as a response to humanitarian crisis facing refugees and, or disadvantage communities with a more focus in certain categories such as orphans, persons with special needs, single-parent, and female-headed households.  Designing a set of projects that can; 1) promote access to educational, health and social services, and 2) improving access to specialized services to satisfy the development of individuals.  Focusing on promoting livelihood projects that will increase income opportunities to encourage 1) macro and small business activities; and 2) women, youth, and persons with disabilities’ participation in the host community.  Effectively activate a referral system that facilitate between our beneficiaries and the set of available services offered by our foundation as well as by other local and international organizations responding to their specific needs in the most appropriate intervention.
