He has successfully delivered a range of engineering and capital related projects, including capital plant installations, factory relocations, factory developments, continuous improvement activities, facilities improvements, compliance contracts and many other maintenance/engineering initiatives.

Tom’s focused on a result’s driven approach, being resourceful, adaptable to changing environments. This combined with his refined managerial and leadership skills delivers business objectives through team engagement.
