T-Tool USA LLC supplies quality tool-holders, collet nuts, collets, and other accessories for various CNC machinery in the woodworking, metalworking, plastics, and stone industries.

T-Tool has introduced several unique products over the last several years including the patented collet nut system called Zeta. The Zeta safety collet nut system has been developed specifically for Swiss turning, multi-spindle heads, and aggregates. The Zeta collet nuts are also used in our standard tool holder line to eliminate the bulky standard collet nuts. The Zeta nuts are also designed with external threads used in our short chucks. The "internal" collet chuck provide for a better balanced toolholder with better precision.
T-Tool also introduced its Woodline collet nuts with the patented Zeta profile allowing for zero tolerance between our collet chuck and oversized tooling.
T-Tool also developed a tool-holder for the Weeke BHX 050/055 line of compact CNC machines using the ETP 25mm Hydro Spindle. this toolholder makes it possible to preset tooling sizes from 1mm to 16mm outside of the machine with a presetting device. Also due to the short internal collet nut design it is possible to use longer tools than currently possible within the 3" envelope.
