NOSSA - Transatlantic Sea Scout Alumni

The purpose of the Transatlantic Council, B.S.A Sea Scouting Alumni committee is to establish, promote, and enhance programs that foster continued active engagement with Sea Scouting on behalf of Sea Scouting alumni, friends, and those who are currently active (both youth and adult participants) in in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia.
