Our client is a B2B financial services company focused on helping schools simplify financial management through technology.

They're looking for a Product Manager (Fintech), who will play a key role in leading the development and execution of strategic product initiatives for fintech products in the company.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager in the fintech sector, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Defining product roadmaps
Gathering and prioritizing requirements from customers & stakeholders
Experimenting with AI tools/workflows to improve the customer experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Brainstorming new features to improve the product & improve business KPIs
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions together with the engineering team, occasional production support etc.

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years working as a product manager, with strong business acumen and execution capabilities
Hands-on experience building or maintaining fintech products at scale
Pro-AI and is excited to utilize AI in experimental ways to redefine the way product management and development are done (i.e. true Agile spirit, not just blindly following Agile rituals)
Genuine interest in making an impact in the Southeast Asia education & fintech industry
Ability to adapt in to a fast-paced and dynamic startup working environment
Experience in marketplace platforms with buyers and sellers of any kind is a plus
