About talent.brussels
Created in 2018, talent.brussels is the regional public administration responsible for statutory recruitment and the selection of top managers for Brussels regional public organizations. As a key partner of several regional institutions, our mission is to attract, select, and support the talents who will shape the future of the Brussels-Capital Region.
Beyond our recruitment mission, we offer comprehensive support to our regional partners in human resources management. Through our integrated 360° approach, we provide them with a range of innovative tools and our specialized expertise in soft HR, such as our MyTalent platform.
Launched in 2021, MyTalent is designed to optimize talent management within the Brussels public service. It simplifies recruitment processes, offers a vast training catalog, and includes a module dedicated to evaluations.
Our goal: to contribute to the management and development of talents in the regional public service by ensuring transparent, efficient recruitment processes that meet the needs of each organization.
