Trans-Atlantic Strategic Programs Association

The TASP Association intends to provide a safe and inclusive environment for transatlantic allies, partners, and friends to convene and find ways to resolve issues, fostering mutual interest. This objective can only be achieved with the support of local partners and international engagement with respected organizations. The idea of establishing the Trans-Atlantic Strategic Programs (TASP) Association flourished during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the latest paradigm shift occurred globally, and the Turkish community started adapting to a more global understanding of problems and solutions. We established trust with key stakeholders and like-minded NGOs in Türkiye and allied countries, allowing us to formalize the efforts under an association. We reached a critical mass, enabling us to engage with all stakeholders of the political spectrum in Türkiye and other countries, regardless of their political views, as long as they favor democratic values and support the transatlantic alliance. We are inspired by the mosaic fabric of Turkish society, where races, religions, and languages have coexisted in harmony for more than a millennium. Honoring Turkish heritage, the TASP Association is established on a diverse group of esteemed individuals from different worldviews, ethnicities, professions, and socio-economic backgrounds. The strength of our shared vision and mission brings different camps in Türkiye together to build a firm bridgehead to connect with our foreign counterparts.
